I have to go get Kathleen up. She’s a grump after her nap.
I’m sorry you’re crying, but at least you don’t have an audience staring at you ...
An audience might make me feel better. Today, I just can’t cope, and I am so in need of a coping mechanism. Something fast and easy...I have no chocolate, no Pink Drink, no nothing.
Imagine Patrick staring at you with his unnaturally large yellow-green eyes ... sort of like a lemur without a tail.
That would go perfectly with a Cheshire Cat smile. Maybe you could equip him with a smile appliance. Make it "glow in the dark".
Oh yeah. Totally worth it.
Thanks, guys, but it’s not working. The tears are really coming now, and I don’t know why...maybe it’s just meltdown time for me.
:o[
Prayers for Bobbie. - Ours is a girl named Brutus. She sleeps on the end of our bed every night; in fact, moves around most anywhere she wants to go. (She chose the name BRUTUS, wouldn’t accept any other name. I tried Zip & Lambchop, but those were no go for her.)
Prayers for Bobbie and for TheOldLady for restoration of kitteh’s health and for comfort for her humans.
Just nature's way of giving your sinuses a good flushing.
To be sung to the tune of, "If my nose was running money, Honey, I'd blow it all on you".
Life is like that sometimes. Have a good blow!
All y’all have blown it all out of proportion...when I cry, my nose gets stopped up. It’s always been that way.
The tears have stopped for now, but the sadness is still there, and I would love to have a bottle of Pink Drink with which to contemplate my predicament through.
However, I’ll have to settle for wandering around the house in a totally bereft teary fog of trying to understand what I’m going through.
Bobbie is still in the hospital, but she is being taken care of by the owner of the hospital,
Dr. Vicky Brooks, who will be keeping a good eye on Bobbie tonight (Dr. is on call).
I hope that Bobbie is on the mend, and that we will be able to bring her home tomorrow.
Excellent news! I’ll keep you in my prayers tonight.
I ate a lot of green beans. It’s not the same as having pretzels.
Prayers up for all of you, sweet Lady. You, Bryan, the other cats, and Bobbie, and of course, for the vet who is watching over her. <3
I don’t like green beans very often. And when I do, I only want to hear the squeak on my teeth.
Anything alcoholic would work now, as it would allow me to relax a bit. *sigh*
Some days, I really miss my mother.
99, 26%, no wind = no relief at all...
88 here.
Goodness! You’re a fine friend if you console me and mine when you’re in dire straits yourself right now.
Thank you very much for your well-wishes about Bobbie. I always thought she was my toughest cat, but
now it seems that she is not.
Bryan, Midnight, Tootsie, and Shadow are missing Bobbie, but they’re also waiting patiently for her to
come home.
If she passes away, which may happen, we will keep her ashes forever and I will cry for a long, long time.
And then one day it will be time to go to the shelter once again and get ourselves another cat or three.
Thank you and may God Bless and Keep you, as well.
I’m going to bed and see if I can finish with the weepy stuff. I hate when I get like that because my brain goes into a holding pattern and I can’t function.
Maybe tomorrow will be a better day.
