Does anyone know of the time line for pursuing this? I think they all leave town tomorrow for a month.
There is NO timeline.
It was not filed as a privileged motion so it will go to the Rules Committee where it will be killed.
An ingenious way of going about it IMO! Representatives will hear from their constituents over the break and support will build.
My understanding is they have to take it up soon after their return. However, I just heard a news clip that said Boehner is going to address this tomorrow.
