Exclusive: Ben Kinchlow offers solution to complaints of 'out-of-control cops'
What? More stories in the news about police brutality?
I, for one, am so tired of hearing how cops are out of control. Let me propose a simple solution that will simply and permanently eliminate police brutality. This proposal would apply equally to all local, state and federal law enforcement officials. It would immediately and permanently eliminate all traces of racism and allow for all crimes to be reported equally, regardless of perpetrator.
This solution would affect almost every American citizen regardless of age, race, creed, financial or religious status. In addition, it would literally save billions of dollars currently being spent on police forces, courts and prisons, and eliminate any hint of concern regarding capital punishment.
The solution? Abolish all laws, and eliminate the police departments.
Since there would be no laws to break, there would be no need for police enforcement. Additionally, courts would be abolished because there would be no laws to interpret. Without laws to be broken, there would be no need for prisons because there would be no criminals to incarcerate.
We could do away with all these stupid laws about how fast we can drive; hey, if my car will do 120 mph and I want to put the pedal to the metal, why not? Why cant I park anywhere and everywhere I choose and take whatever I want whenever, from wherever and whomever I want? After all, why should my liberties be circumscribed just because you disagree with what I want to do?

If the police were actually “out of control”, they would depose the mayors of their municipalities and impose a form of martial law there. That hasn’t happened.
We need a return to Vigilance Committees.
I agree; they're doing exactly what the government wants them to do.
This article is an absurd response to the fact that too many police officers and too many law enforcement agencies are out of control and unaccountable for their crimes.
Yes, “crimes”.
Deal with the problem of unconstitutional policing instead of postulating absurdities and maybe we can get back to a time when people like myself trusted the police.
I’ve never heard of Ben Kinchlow, but I like this column. I’m going to buy his book and see what else he has to say.
Someone tell the police that?
Absurdities make for better columns for sites like WND.
Wasn't he Pat Roberson's side-kick for a while?
“If the police were actually out of control, they would depose the mayors of their municipalities and impose a form of martial law there. That hasnt happened.”
Ever heard of “The Battle of Athens”?
Thanks donna.
That part of history is why the gov’t wants to remove the rebel flag from the roof of The General Lee. Boss Hoggs need protection.
Or, their Unions would funnel obscene amounts of money into a particular Mayoral candidate's campaign so he or she will do their bidding; namely, to protect and defend out-of-control cops.
Before malls and big box stores took over Main Street, the local businessmen were always on top of anything that went wrong in the town . . . the city fathers. (And, mothers ran the neighborhoods and schools).
Police don’t make the laws.
WND is a conservative site. If you don’t respect it, you’re not a conservative.
That's the litmus test these days? Everything on WND is gospel and no disagreement is allowed?
That doesn't follow, even accepting your major premise. It is quite possible to argue that WND's style and mode of reporting is harmful to the conservative movement, and thus, to accord them little respect while being a conservative and accepting that WND is a conservative site. I myself have often found their reporting suspect and their style a bit over the top from time to time. Others who feel the same way may well have lost respect for the site.
Please name the cities and districts where the police are out of control and unaccountable for their crimes.
