The biggest problem with Windows 8 was it forced people to learn that Modern tiled element interface as a default, which was just too different than the windowed interface that Windows 95 to Windows 7 users were used to, even though you could get back to the Desktop interface. With Windows 10, you default to the Desktop interface, but can bring up Modern tiled interface programs easily to run in a separate window.

The biggest problem with Windows 8 was it forced people to learn that Modern tiled element interface...Sorry, but I gave up playing with brightly colored blocks when I was about 3.
