I agree but that's also what makes me leery of him as the President. Who is he going to work with to get anything done?
I get his message that everyone in DC is screwed up, but the inescapable reality is that DC is where the government functions. If everyone there is against you then you will fail as President.
That's the legacy of the system our founders left us.

Let’s remember: Reagan had a lot of opposition with the GOP leadership (and RINO lukewarm US senators) when he was first running for president.
I believe Cruz can fire up the base because he appears to be a principled passionate speaker.
Well if we are going to worry about electing a conservative because the establishment guys won’t work with him, then what’s the point? I mean, we know we won’t accomplish anything electing an establishment guy, even if the whole Congress supports him. He’ll throw us a few bones, and then pass amnesty, keep printing money, and leave Obamacare in place.
