A local district attorney says that the probe into Sandra Blands death after a traffic stop is being treated like a murder investigation, despite preliminary information indicating that she committed suicide.
Bland was arrested July 10 after a traffic stop and died three days later in her cell....
Supporters of Bland, a 28-year-old woman and Black Lives Matter activist who was arrested July 10 and found dead in her cell three days later....
She has the right to smoke in her car. That is her right, the Rev. Jamal Harrison Bryant of Baltimore, who has been working to raise awareness of the case, said at a news conference in Texas this morning.....

Actually, she explained to him why she was irritated.
He was playing "cop games". She said that he was behind her and sped up [reviewing the video, this is true. He also spun a U-turn quickly in an intersection, which may or may not have been legal in that situation.], so she attempted to get out of his way by changing lanes.
So then, he was able to "tag" her with no lane change signal. I had a policeman do the same thing to me once.
Once I realized that they get PAID to sit on peoples' bumpers and see if they can cause a reaction, I changed my tactics. Now, I just sit tight and hope they don't get an itch to pull me over.

I can see an obvious difference between a cop telling me to not block a public way and one telling me to put my cigarette out while I sit in my car. There is a little bit of a difference. One is a lawful order. The other is not.
