;p
Guy goes to his doctor and says, “when I push here it hurts”.
Doctor says, “don’t push there anymore”.
I go there two or three times a day ... no problems.
Thanks for the post, it's been a while since I saw a post about Drudge. He is definitely a curiosity.
I’ve noticed it takes foreverrrrrrrrr to load.
Drudge behaves all weird on my macbook pro / safari but is fine when I use chrome
I have the exact same thing happening. It seems to be from the ad that pops up covering the bottom of the page. Once I shut that down, it seems ok. But it is all so irritating, that I don’t got there nearly as often as I used to.
There are times when it takes forever to load and other sites are just fine for me.
I have been. The perpetually spinning ‘’beachball’’. I think this is an hourglass on PCs? Over & over until I lost my patience & quit wifi. Maybe one of the ads is pernicious. I’ve had the cursor freaking out occasionally, lately.
If it continues, take it offline, force quit a couple of times, & I manually clear the cookies, one by one (PITA, but some aren’t easy to get rid of). :-) There. At least one person is weirder than you. Hope this helps. (You’re not weird.)
APPLE been jamming the site
the Latest HEADLINE is “bad news” for apple
they may have been.....playing around.....
Apple gives weak forecast, shares fall nearly 7 percent
JUST KIDDING!
If this not a hugh and series problem, we’ll handle it later.
Drudge is overwhelmed at times just like any other very popular site! Get use to it!!
The site slows down when too many NSA spooks are logged on.
either a or b?
a) is it plugged in
b) you have a virus
The site uses a refresh script (reloads page) and links to ad sites and a couple of java scripts for ads.
Otherwise his site is a plain layout. I use Adblock and have been right clicking on any ad that shows up along with photos I do not wish to see and blocking them.
