I used to love that show !! Sky King and his niece, Penny. Up here, the sponsor was Nabisco. Their logo was in a triangle on the corner of the cereal boxes. During the show's intro, the logo would fly around with airplane sounds in the background. Thanks for a great reminder of my happy, innocent childhood.
Every time I see anything from Sky King, I start humming, “Reach for Nabisco”. Amazing what silly things stick in you mind from 50-60 years ago.
