Average cell phones operate at .4375W. Less than a half of a watt.
It’s not using any propulsion at this point except maneuvering.
I know it’s more complicated than this before every one jumps on me, but the comparison is a digital camera, and radio transmitter. Remember the signal has no resistance in space.

Its generally advisable to do a bit of research before you post something.It may be advisable, but in reality it is rarely practiced.
The probe has a power supply of around 200 watts. Its radio transmitter puts out about 10 watts.
OK.
Finally the signal is received on Earth by a network of radio telescopes called the NASA Deep Space Network.
