I guarantee that any human driver who decided to obey the rules of the road with exact precision - always deferring to someone else with the right of way and always taking the initiative when he had the right of way - would get into an accident in very short order.
I know one intersection where I have a clearly marked right of way but where I always slow or stop because I have seen morons ignore a yield sign and sideswipe someone about a dozen times.
Also, I drive maybe 750 hours per year - one of these cars probably drives 300+ hours per month.
The more hours you spend on the road, the more terrible drivers you will encounter.
Write an email to Google and tell them you want to kiss their azz.
