It’s going to take an event even worse than 9/11. Like a nuke or large dirty bomb going off and killing tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands.
Ordinary decent Americans are just too busy seeing how to get their kids the best student loans, whose gonna win the American/National League pennant, where to go to get the best fishing, the best shopping deals, etc. to wake everyone up.
