Agree with you on that. We quit giving to any national organizations, especially those like UW and Red Cross. So many people contributed a lot of money to Red Cross when we had all the flooding across Texas. Bet that most of it went right back into the Red Cross administrative coffers like it has in the past and not to the people it was donated to help. With some research we have always been able to find small local groups who were providing documented assistance to those in need.
