And once again another good reason to be a union construction worker. The guy should sue the hell out of the bar and company along with the owner of the building.

Unless he is a day laborer or even seasonal then he will probably lose or it will cost a fortune to sue. Hopefully he does and wins but I think everything is stacked against us lately.

You failed to mention the most important entity, the school. The gay bar had no power to fire Cascio. The construction company couldn't be bothered. The school is likely riddled with homofascists. They usually have clauses in their contracts about workers who disturb the scene shall be dismissed. Union wouldn't help. They are run by bloodsuckers who are allied with the various types of fascists who make up the democrat party.
