No doubt. Notice the cop when he arrives knows the perp's lights are out. He is very casual, doesn't pull his gun and acts about as concerned as if he is picking a gum wrapper from the floor.

Nice moves. A friend (former SEAL) that lives near me was filling up at a gas station while at an adjacent vehicle a couple was arguing. The guy was getting physical so my friend suggested he leave the lady alone, then went into the store to buy a couple items. While paying at the register the guy came up behind him and broke a bottle over his head. My friend put him on the floor and drove himself to the Doc for some stitches.
