Well, necessity is the mother of invention.
The only questions I have about this report is:
1) How much water did they purify?
2) How much energy did they expend to purify this volume of water?
3) How much was the COST to accomplish this?
If all three questions converge into something worth commercializing, it will be impressive BUT NOT UNTIL.
