I remember seeing that as a kid, but it's been a long, long time ago. Not that I've grown up. I've just grown older.

Our cub scout troop took a tour of the McDonald’s back in the med-60’s. I remember the machine they used to peel the potatoes, it was the size of one of those old extractors you’d see in laundromats that would spin most of the water from the just-washed clothes. The peeler didn’t spin that fast but it had holes punched into the inside surface of the drum that abraded the skin off the potatoes. They even fed us lunch after the tour! :)
