In this regard, there has been some kind of indication that the late Bill Blythe Sr. only came into Mother Clinton’s life less than nine months before little Billy “Jr.” was born
Therefore, I guess we can’t yet exclude the possibility that Bill and Webb Hubbell are really half-brothers, meaning that Bill could actually be Chelsea’s uncle!
I wish I’d kept it, but I saw a picture of Bill and Chelsea once where they were both looking in the same direction, had similar expressions on their faces, and it looked pretty obvious she was his daughter.
