Lee appears on three different US Postage stamps, Jefferson Davis appears on one, Thomas “Stonewall” Jackson appears on two, Rafael Semmes on one, Joseph Johnston on one and Confederate Indian officer Stand Watie appears on one. The US Government also issued a US Postage stamp to commemorate the United Confederate Veterans. Confederate soldier Samuel Clemens “Mark Twain” also appears on a US Postage stamp.
