No. The First Amendment reads, as follows, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or **or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech**, or of the press; or the right of **the people** peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.’’ (** emphasis mine)
Period.

The left is completely, utterly out of control. If our “representatives” (spit) in Congress continue to abdicate their obligations & refuse to abide by their oaths,
then it’s up to the people (that is each one of us) to see that the Constitution- as written, is followed.

That is our first mistake. Our second great mistake is all of these lawsuits to the SCOTUS because it places these issues in their power (& at that point, solely theirs) to do whatever they damn well please. We have a corruption problem in all 3 branches of government. There is no rule of law in America anymore.

Rule .303 amid systemic collapse. But that is merely an observation, based on history.

One of the things I find most interesting and infuriating about liberals, is that the Bill of Rights are only for the individual when they say it is. And then, they also get to choose which one of the amendments applies only in situations that are beneficial to their cause at that particular moment.

For example, the 4th Amendment protects individuals from illegal search and seizure, but the 2nd doesn’t protect the individual ownership of firearms.

But then again, she is from Wisconsin. A rather left wing location.
