Ok, here’s an odd request to add: find a document detailing survivalist ways to acquire/grow “blood thinners”. Many people are on Coumadin (aka warfarin); a big SHTF means terminal countdown when the meds run out, a whole lotta people will stroke out within the month ... but there are alternative meds (aspirin is possible replacement in some cases) and plants (what to grow & how to process, I don’t know hence the question).

That and other medicine alternatives for common conditions would be appreciated.

If you are looking for natural sources that are high in salicylic acid (to act as a blood thinner) are fruits and veggies such as raspberries, granny smith apples, cucumbers, cantaloupe, strawberries, tomatoes, and red grapes. blackberries, blueberries, dates, kiwi fruits, guavas, apricots, green pepper, olives, tomatoes, radish and chicory.

The bark of the willow tree is a great one. You could chew on some of that like people used to do before modern medicine.

Herbal sources.
