"Hell's Angels" Is an excellent film.

Filming started as a silent but when sound came in Hugh's decided to re-shoot as a talkie.

Greta Nissen who was the star but had a strong foreign accent was dropped and Jean Harlow was put in as the replacement. Hugh's had her under contract to his Caddo film company.
