But from a legal perspective the Courts official opinion will be that it trusted that the other branches motivations were in good faith and it wasn’t the Court’s role to question that. The legal term for this is “regular order” I believe and it’s a well established and accepted concept.

A majority disliked Obamacare from the beginning and it's disliked even more now. It's clear we were lied to numerous times and are still being lied to. The federal and state governments have botched up this thing big time. Anyone who actually wants to give them entire control over our health delivery system needs to have their head examined.

As long as at least one House in Congress is controlled by the GOP, a government takeover would be very unlikely.

But all through this thing, the most unlikely scenarios have occurred.
