I have never replaced a timing belt
I vaguely remember something about my Honda recommending it to be replaced at 100K = I have 300K on it and it still runs like new
I always buy Honda’s now...
Honda and Toyota are my favorites, though I had really good luck with a 1977 Subaru DL I bought brand new. After all expenses, including even insurance, and selling it at 140k miles, it cost me six cents a mile to drive. You can barely bicycle commute for that these days. I know, I’ve done the math.
They changed it when your water pump went out and you don’t remember.
I bet I could peel the cogs off your belt with my fingers.
