Fargo Police have their guns drawn and are ordering two men to the ground with their hands up near the Cork N' Cleaver in Fargo.
Workers at the Cork N' Cleaver tell us an incident happened a few buildings down the road and everyone was instructed to stay put.
University Drive has been blocked off at 32nd Avenue South.
We have a crew on the scene and will bring you more updates as information becomes available.

UPDATE: A tense moment in South Fargo Tuesday night eventually lead to nothing.
Fargo police were called to Catalyst Motors near the Cork N’ Cleaver around 7:00 p.m. off of University Drive South after reports of people with guns at the business.
Dozens of officers in full tactical gear responded and blocked off parts of University while they investigated.
The owner and an employee of Catalyst Motors were ordered to put their hands up and get on the ground before being taken into police custody.
After investigating further, police say they found no guns.
The patio of nearby Cork N’ Cleaver was evacuated while police set up a perimeter.
Police say the next step is to investigate who made that phone call.

My theory about this scene is that it implies the guy had a metal shaft in his leg ... what else could it be? I thought it was just one more thing going wrong. A big one too, as it got him caught.
And I went to a convenience store yesterday and there was a cop putting a guy in cuffs by the entrance - no guns/tasers/billy clubs involved. And they call Mississippi a backwards State....
