Agree. Rove wasn’t advocating that the 2nd Ammendment “should” be rescinded. He merely state the fact that in order to eliminate private ownership of firearms the constitution must amended. And, that ain’t gonna happen anytime soon.

Yes. However, Rove is WRONG if he thinks that even with a 2nd Amendment repeal, and confiscation of all legal guns, that gun crime, or any crime, would cease. It would GROW ENORMOUSLY. That is a historical fact, not a guess.
