Wrong. Espresso does not have the B12 which is the ingredient that makes it last more than half an hour or so. Lots of caffeine doesn't keep you awake so much as prevent you going to sleep when you are trying to sleep. B12 has lots of other benefits for your body and mind. Pills that you swallow are useless as the body does not absorb the B12 in those pills. Shots, which is what athletes take and are legal in sports, are the most effective. Sublinguals, liquid drops or tablets, are the most convenient and cost effective. Ađitionally most Americans are strongly B12 deficient anyway as we do not eat liver much.

B12 and Taurine. Without Taurine it doesn't work. But if you are prone to kidney stones stay away from that.
