Cats can be just as affectionate as dogs, but there's little question that the bond between a dog and its owner is stronger.

Depends on the cat. Depends onthe owner. I've owned both, and I have never had a stronger bond with any animal than my cat, Jean-Marie.

You are absolutely correct....my cats and I have bonded as much if not more than any dog that I could have ever had.

I was once working on a project involving superglue and the damned cat insisted on getting between me and the model airplane and we bonded pretty closely for a while. I couldn’t just cut fur with the scissors because our bond included its nose.
