The dog definitely is running the show.

I have a small dog & 3 cats. The cats all have claws. The dog doesn't run a thing except herself past the most hostile cat.

I have and 85 lb. Pitador, a 110 lb. Great Dane, and one 5.5 lb. kitty. Each dog, through the claw treatment, has learned not to screw with the kitty.
