I don't think the murderer gave his room mate the specifics and mouthed about what he was going to do. There are millions that mouth about what they would like to do but the normal ones don't act upon it. Without a visible or action one sees, its just trash talk, scary at that. Do we start reporting everyone that says something about killing someone? My parents would have been sent to Sing Sing before I was ten.
