Probably right at that limit (dead load?) when you take into consideration the weights for the building materials for the walls, siding, etc., and people sitting around.
Curious as to the live load limit.

They are now plowing down homes in neighborhoods and replacing one or two houses with 4-6 3-story townhomes/condos. Other blocks are being leveled and what was 1-2 stories is now 4-6 stories, wood construction.
The density is higher than 50 years ago. So is the overall population.
