NEW YORK (AP) -- On social media and red carpets, from New York to China, hairy underarms are having a mainstream moment.
Women are proudly showing off their growth on Instagram and YouTube, and it's not just Miley Cyrus anymore. Jemima Kirke of "Girls" flashed her fair-colored au naturel look - earning some cringes - at the June 1 CFDA awards, one of the top fashion events of the year.

You need to be on another thread if TMI is an issue for you....
I wasn’t on the thread, I was looking at recent posts
Yikes-—sorry to hear about that medical issue you shared.
“I have a disease that causes massive monthly bleeding.”
Sounds like taxes.
The things they do to rid themselves of the patriarchy. (They think that evil oppressive men force them to shave their armpits.)
The burning question, now, is did Bruce Jenner shave his armpits to pass as a woman?
Thanks.
Nothing very serious...just a pain in the butt.
LOL...
Life is like a box of chocolates....you never know what you’re going to get (or read, in your case).
Sorry if you were grossed out....
I guess the good news is that if the majority of women felt this way that annoying infomercial for NoNo would not be running on my cable sixteen times a day.
My mom, bless her heart, talked me out of a “small, tasteful tattoo” when I was a moronic 21 year old by saying one sentence. “It doesn’t matter where you get it, eventually your skin will sag and so will the tattoo.”
I’ve had six children, so very grateful I didn’t get a tattoo near my hip like I wanted to. Thanks Mom!!
Also, If you want to be with me. Your Legs and Underarms MUST be Shaved AT ALL TIMES.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
EVER
I am talking Surprise inspection.
That is why G-d Invited Laser Removal.
surprise inspections, lol
That’s so disgusting, but I literally LOL’d.
“Sorry but I prefer real women. Mostly of the Southern variety who groom themselves well, are ladies, have class, and manners. Plus usually lots of curves. That doesnt hurt.”
How nice. You just described me! A curvy, well groomed Southern girl with class and manners!
20 plus years ago we were on a family vacation. There was another family at the pool and the middle aged mom (looked “old” to me at the time) didn’t shave anything. I was horrified and knew I would never, apart from being in a coma, let myself look like that. The image is burned in my mind. Razors are woman’s friend.
Meh. My hair is the farthest thing from fine, sparse, and blonde. I have a mane of dark, curly, thick hair. But I’ve never had a problem keeping up with grooming. I just do it regularly.
LOL
You may think it communicates to men to go away. Some guys really like it.
