I love how so many people here are ready to dump Senator Cruz over how many LEGAL immigrants may come into the country and a vote on the TPA Trade Agreement because the TPP Trade Agreement contains “secret language” and has NOT been voted on yet. Is anyone offering a better candidate or just stating that Senator Cruz is not perfect or good enough?
Trust is paramount especially now......
Years ago I put absolute trust in George W. Bush.....(spiritually I should have known better)
I found no fault in him, even when others on this forum started to.
But my eyes were open when he wanted to throw open the borders to illegals
....and by insulting American citizens by saying the illegals would do the jobs Americans won’t.
We now have had millions of American citizens jobless for years, through no fault of their own
I saw the despair.....the hopeless situation....
AND the Bushes and their ilk STILL want the illegals here.
I thought Cruz was different........I’m surprised at his apparent turnaround...
...and wondering if that was his plan all along.

That’s just it. This is why I believe it won’t be like last time with Mitt Romney. For all the things Romney wasn’t, these candidates down to the last one are all proLife and pro-religious liberty. LIFE issues trump everything else.
Conscience objections will look a little silly this time around, imho, when we have candidates who OWN the Life and Religious Liberty positions, up against strictly political positions we don’t like.
(The religious liberty position takes care of a lot of other suppression and the trampling of other liberties that is going on under Obama and Hillary.)
So, while the numbers will be legion who bluster and threaten to stay home, they will really be at the polls on time.
It comes down to who is the closest to being infallible. Cruz certainly has a shot in that category, don’t you think?
But, even if he didn’t, we will all be able to vote this time.
Some of us are just a little stunned that he missed his at- bat on this fangled agreement business.
