My strong suspicion is that he was there to attend the meeting.

Are you laboring under the illusion, very skillfully implied and NEVER outright stated in MSM propaganda, that this "biker meeting" was among known criminal gangs to discuss territory and criminal enterprise?

Or are you aware of the kind of meeting it actually was, promoted with regular flyers and open not just to certain clubs but to Independents, as well, a scheduled repeating event (to discuss legislation in the state affecting motorcycling), and that it was only one of many such regular events that had been going on for decades?
