-- well, all I've got to say is that it doesn't speak well of Texas law enforcement that two thirds of such idiotic wreckless criminals operating in Texas while wearing patches on their backs publicly proclaiming their criminality loud and proud could get away with it so often that when they're finally corralled and arrested at Twin Peaks, only about a third had ever been caught before (that is to say, had a criminal record) ...
