Kenneth Carlisle is among the 30 San Antonio area men arrested in connection with the Waco biker shootout.
Since that shootout, Lindsay Carlisle has been fighting to prove her husband wasn't involved.
"This is has been beyond difficult. The worst nightmare of my entire life."
Lindsay Carlisle is trying to hold it together for her family. She's paying all of the bills, while her husband Kenneth sits in the McClennan County Jail on a one million dollar bond.
"What happened to be innocent until proven guilty? In this case that's not what's happening."
It's been just more than a week since the biker brawl and shootout at Twin Peaks in Waco.
9-people died, 18-were injured, and 170-people were arrested; including Kenneth Carlisle.
Lindsay says he drove her car and had just arrived.
She says he never made it past the parking lot.
"He wasn't wearing any vests, no colors, no bike, was in a vehicle and was in the wrong place, wrong time."

Still no coroner’s report...
Now now.
We have certain Freepers who insist this is all okay.
Just being at the restaurant means they were drug dealing pimps.
Still being “doctored”
Yeah.....if the cops don’t know who were the perps and who weren’t....they need to $h!7 or get off the pot.
At the very least, certain people in certain positions of power are well noting that is is easy to round up large numbers of people and blatantly abuse multiple Constitutional rights, with very little push back overall.
No looting, rioting, burning. The sheeple are quite pacified.
“”What happened to be innocent until proven guilty? In this case that’s not what’s happening.””
Could be some “flight risk” concerns on the part of the judge?
The governor has nothing to say?
Since the story was published, he was released on $50,000 bond. Not sure of the date of his release.
The $1,000,000 bond ha nothing to do with “flight risk.” It was “to send a message.” Exact words of the Justice of the Peace who set the identical bond for every single one arrested.
Oh, wait, never mind.
He does.

I like the tagline. Changed mine today.
People with families, jobs, and no criminal record are “a flight risk”?
In what way?
If you were arriving at a restaurant and fight broke out in the parking lot in which people were shot would your thinking be...I need to get on a plane to France?
I know, dumb question. You post has already indicated that you think exactly that way.
But the rest of us do not and we think that nearly all of these people should never have been arrested at all.
Thanks.
Mine stays until justice prevails.
Yours could start movement.
Boilerplate. Wait until the lawsuits start piling up.
This guy, Kenneth Carlise, has been released on %50,000 bond.
That doesn’t take away from his situation as explained in the article.
> “What happened to be innocent until proven guilty? In this case that’s not what’s happening.”
If they let them out of jail it will give the impression that their wasn’t a motorcycle gang shootout involving GUNs. And in case anyone ‘s missed GUN crime is through the roof, killing innocent DEMOCRAT babies everywhere. Because of this only certain people should be allowed to own GUNs.
The why is because an agenda is being advanced. They should compare the number of shootings pre-Obama to now. They migh notice some correlations and reach some conclusions...
I wait with bated breath.
I see the list still shows 47 being detained with all the rest bonded out.
Maybe they are hoping people will just forget about a coroner’s report. Maybe everyone will just stop asking questions and just accept the official version as-is.
