The nearly all black Delta towns ....in Mississippi and Louisiana ....the small ones not the bigger ones....are fairly safe

The black Delta—hahaha. Even back in the Seventies, my white older stepsister who was living in the Delta was raped by a black home invader while her husband was at work. That young white girl who was recently murdered, I can only recall the first name Jessica, was in one of those black-run small Delta counties-the girl who had gasoline poured down her throat followed by a lit match. Last I heard, no arrests. The media of course never bally-hooed this crime.
