I have a collection of photos I took at a Civil War reenactment. In one, the men are lined up in formation. Many bellies are hanging over the belts. Then I looked at some similar photos of the real thing. No hanging bellies to be found. Quite a contrast.

How true! People in movies on TV are much smaller than in real life. On my phone, they are positively itsy-bitsy. I guess a tablet would help. /s
