Fast Track, in the past, did not empower the Executive Branch to such a degree.

In the past, Fast Track was very limited.

I still feel it is unconstitutional to make treaties “easier” to pass.

It is SUPPOSED to be difficult!

Exactly. This turns the Constitution on its head. Instead of needing a two-thirds vote to approve a trade treaty, TPA forces Congress to come up with 60 votes to vote it down. Essentially 41 votes is all you need to approve it. An you cannot amend it.
