Boeing did it -- in front of a camera. An eyepopping rehearsal video Boeing released Thursday shows off its newest version of the Dreamliner aircraft — the 787-9 — performing some impressive and beautiful banks and ascents.

The max take off is very impressive but the roll in the 707 still takes the prize.And Tex performed it wearing cowboy boots.

They should do the same rolls the 707 did. I would bet they’d be no problem for it now.
Looks like it has plenty of power.
Good looking plane. The dihedral angle, sweep and flaired wingtips make it look cool.
Now that some have been flying awhile I’d like to see how the composite body parts are holding up, especially around the welds.
Very long wings. Looks graceful. Hope they dont come unraveled in flight.

I am just interested in how the composites are holding up and if they are aging the way boeing has estimated they will. I would hope they are doing better than expected.
