Hell...I got 2 guitars i bought from Eric Clapton in the 70s...drove all the way to 461 Ocean Blvd in Miami to get them....i just wish id got a receipt!

The original owner/heirs dont have a claim to it?. I dont know about Britain but in the US I think the statute of limitations ran out at least 40 years ago.
The thing I would like to know is how the guitar got from London, England to San Diego, California.
