My friend worries and ponders about the concept of reincarnation. That jellyfish have no brains would explain why being reincarnated or growing younger wouldn’t bother them.
Our task, before we begin doing these wondrous things, is to learn how to keep our bodies functioning and feeling good, so that a longer life will be a joy and not a punishment.
Then, after a long life, a bit of reincarnation should not be troublesome or unpleasant.
I don’t believe in reincarnation. I just believe that who you are is who you were/are meant to be, no matter how many lives you claim to have lived.
As far as my body is concerned, I’m not about to let it go without a fight! :o])
I don’t believe in reincarnation, either, but I can understand that, if one were a jellyfish, there wouldn’t be any agonized cogitation about the past, present, or future. You just float and absorb nutrients.
After watching countless hours of Spongebob with my godson, I’ve learned jellyfish like jazz music.
So at least they have good taste in that!
