I managed to walk a mile in Walmart. I would have made it two, but they were really busy remodeling. One of the good things is that the wine and beer sections are twice as long as they used to be, and they face each other. But I haven’t walked down that aisle to check out the new wines or the beers.
I’ve had to use the money for other, more important things like meds and food.
AWWWwwww.... SQUEE!
LOL!
Get their names. My guess is they are performance management and video management, but they could be apps you can do without that just use up CPU and memory.
They are: AMD Quick Stream and AMD Catalyst Install Manager.
It’s cool in the beer aisle.
lol!
I have those on my AMD netbook. They are necessary video chip drivers and aoftware that allow screen resolution selection and color balancing plus streaming video optimiser.
And this one is almost as long as the one in your Walmart! LOL! I just haven’t wanted to go check things out...like a kid in a candy store!
I kept waiting to hear if my request for a new pain pill prescription had been approved, and no one called me, even though I called on the 3rd.
Finally, today, I called again, and the CSR said it had been waiting for me since the day I called. So I will go tomorrow morning, early and get it. I hope I have enough change.
There were so many things I wanted to get done today, but I managed to at least get started on them. One is a letter to the guy who is handling those poor, underpaid people who don’t want to come to Henderson to help me.
I tried to find CFIDS.org, but it has changed to something else, and it really disturbs me. It’s like Chronic Fatigue has to take a back seat to something else that’s similar but not as severe.
And I thought, “welp. There goes my ammo.” Lucky me: I was searching the slave for my Pill Chart so I can update it, and found the page with the CFIDS symptoms! YAY! Some days, my brain actually works!
K. Thanks. I don’t like to delete anything until I know if I can do it without messing things up. Which is why I asked.
FReepers are so awesome!!! <3
Cubs are doing a craft now. In the shade, with fans.
106 in the shade about 30 minutes ago. Hunidity is 6%.
I think I slept crooked last night because my right flank feels a little tight. I will take some Ibuprofen.
I don’t expect it to be a good day... I have a bad feeling
My day is more than half over. I will take a shower soon and cool off, and maybe it will help ease the migraine.
I hate bad days. They start out with a bang and there is no “downhill” until the day is over with and a new day dawns.
*tagline*
lol
Check your email.
Heck of a tagline!
Dreadful crisis here today. Bill had a big presentation at school for which he had bought a suit (!) first-price, too, not secondhand, *and* alterations from Anh’s tailor shop. So as I was driving out with my six campers/workers, Pat says, “There’s a flat tire on the new car.” “Huh?” “The Avalon has a flat tire.” Well, FReep, back we go, and sure enough, a flat.
So I went in the house and said, “Bill, you have a flat tire.” “Why is it flat?” the clever youth responds. “What difference does it make?” So we called DP, and he was able to come back and take Bill to school, and bring him back, and take him to work, and get the flat fixed, and get supper underway. (I was planning leftovers.)
Good thing the little boys were alert.
