Hope you have a mellow day! I have to start off on some driving with many loud children.

93, 23% E @ 1 mph, heat index, 89.

The humidity is coming down! I should only need one more breathing treatment today.

I'm just worried about all those babies, and the headaches they have to put up with because of your greed.

As my parents preferred the taste, perhaps you may try the Strawberry flavored ‘Ensure’. Most times it is close to being sold out as it is the best tasting. Another gentle product to include additional nutrients in your diet is ‘Pedialyte’.

Thanks for the suggestion!

I take Emergen-C for my vitamins and Carnation Breakfast Essentials for more vitamins and to help buffer my stomach for the morning onslaught of herbal pills.

Since I’m really trying to lose weight, the calorie content in Ensure was just too much at any one time, and I would have to give up something else that had more protein and fewer calories.

I figured there were probably a lot of people here who weren’t fortunate enough to have a well-balanced diet, so I have been taking three bottles of Ensure to the clubhouse at different times to make sure several people have a chance to get some.

I’m actually pretty fortunate as things go, here. Not well off, but not dirt poor, either, so I am able to eat well enough to keep the hypoglycemia at bay.

I will pass the word about the strawberry Ensure, as I know at least two people who like strawberry anything!

I got an email from the doctor. She said I there was no reason why the BP med would raise my BP unless I was stressed. She said to keep taking it because it would take several days to begin to work.

I’m sorry, but I’m not interested in going through three or four more days of high BP. With my BP this morning, I’m convinced BP meds are not good for me, so she can say, “Patient is non-compliant” again.

I’ll stick with the herbs, thank you. And the one I ordered has been shipped.
