All his scientific works, including Principia Mathematica considered by many as the greatest single scientific work in history, took up less than 50% of his time and was considered by himself to be less important than his bible studies, which took up more than half his time, studies devoted to opposing the Trinity. He also devoted considerable time to alchemy.
Bottom line: the total time he spent being the greatest physicist who ever lived (at least until Einstein) was less than half his work-time on earth.
