But yet a kitchen staff person dumped a kids lunch in to the trash because she didn’t have enough money in her lunch account to pay for it.

If I was rich, I'd fill a helicopter (or better yet, a very stealthy drone) with candy on little individual parachutes, fly over that school during recess and let it rain down.

Where in the Constitution does it make the first lady the maker of food rules and the head of the food police?

"Students and parents are rallying to the defense of a teacher who is accused of violating federal school snack rules." Using this school as an example, please considerthe following. Is it any wonder that citizens dont understand the federal governments constitutionally limited powers since the school community probably doesn't understand that all that they have to point out concerning this teacher is that the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate intrastate school lunches?

It makes you want to take a big bag of candy to the nearest school play ground.
LOL. You can be on the nightly news.

Michelle Obama has 0 power to require or enforce anything on anyone.
This wasn’t her decision. Her preference, no doubt, but not her decision.
This is an outrage, but should be directed at the locals, state and federals who allow it.
First Ladies need to keep their yaps shut in general, but put the blame where it belongs & does the most good.

And just where is the legislation that was passed into law that justifies fining this teacher?
Until that comes to light I would tell them all to piss off.

Because the practice was an alleged violation of the federal rules championed by first lady Michelle Obama, Mingo County Schools Director of Child Nutrition Kay Maynard placed a call to officials at the West Virginia Department of Education (WVDE) to report the incident, the Williamson Daily News reports. Maynard also spoke to Williamson PreK-8 principal Shannon Blackburn, telling him about the possibility of a monetary fine for the teacher.Maynard, you stupid effing nazi!
By what authority does the wife of an elected official make law? She is his wife, not the Queen.
The power to enact legislation, write rules or regualtions is not vested in her ample self by any Constitutional authority.

Here’s a woman who has her own MOTHER living with her in our WH, and is STILL engaging in despicable, self-depreciating behavior.
There is only ONE legacy for a presidential family who brings this much shame & contempt upon it’s own nation, and it’s people.
