My dogs have no idea what hanging out windows feels like.

Nor will they ever.

My remaining Ibizan Hound came down with severe corneal ulcers when she was a little over 1 year old and I will not ever risk any dog suffering what she did.

It was *horrible* and the pain must have been unbearable.

Despite going to a dog eye specialist, she still has problems with them, 8 years later and requires very expensive eye drops, twice a day.

Why anyone would even consider risking such a thing for their own dog, is beyond me.

So what if they “love it”?

They might “love” running in traffic, too.

So I should I let them?

I often feel like no one is listening, when all I want to do is make sure dogs have good, happy and healthy lives.

My dog used to wear goggles when riding in my sidecar rig.
