I'm looking at the
Fire Stick on Amazon. Is there a monthly cost for the programming similar to a cable subscription?
All this streaming media stuff is new to me and I don't understand a lot of it.

If you get Amazon prime there’s lots that’s free, but the new movies are $3-4 on demand.

Hook a laptop or iPad to your tv and everything is free on the net. I watch what I want when I want and don’t pay for anything. Can’t figure out why anyone pays for Hulu, Netflix, etc.
