I attended a church as a kid where the ladies wore long dresses, no makeup, no dancing, long hair, etc. It was very common in that church. They still do since I see ladies in stores with long dresses and hair in a bun. I do not see anything wrong with modesty dressing. Sometimes, I think it Is much better than what I see other women wear. I saw a picture on FB of a little girl with a tshirt on which said, “I am sexy and I know it.”. The parents should know better.

MamaB, a woman can be modest without diving into legalism and affecting a costume. The Duggars and the little girls with sexy shirts are at the extreme ends of the spectrum.
