My wife is a huge wrestling fan, her only real shortcoming.

My boss back in the day knew it and scored free tickets and passes to a meet and greet before the show.

Dwayne Johnson was a big star at the time, but he was really nice and spoke with everyone.
He was definitely NOT in love with himself.
Completely different from his in ring persona.

Clooney on the other hand, I just seem to sense that he has an extremely high opinion of himself.

The ring personas are pretty good work experience to go into the acting profession. Dwayne Johnson has made the transition seamlessly. :)

He does appear to be a genuinely joy filled person.

Yup. He is a legend in his own mind.
