NEW YORK The latest topic to create some commotion on Twitter has teens trying to summon a demon named Charlie.
The Charlie Charlie Challenge surfaced Thursday on Twitter and has gone viral across social media platforms.
The challenge includes putting two pencils on a piece of paper in the shape of a cross. The words yes and no are written in boxes outlined by the pencils. Then the participants say Charlie, Charlie are you here?

and just as stupid and deadly.
Is there a Mary Worth aside from the lady in the comics?
What exactly do you believe?
and here I thought Charlie only lived in Vietnam?
I just arrived in Austin via Dallas and Tokyo, and was pleasantly surprised to see a VFW honor guard exhibition ceremony at DFW, and giant USA and Texas State flags at half staff all over the place. Quite a storm today too - it put me right to sleep. Happy to be back in Texas for a few days.
Most people instinctively turn away from the lure, and for whatever their claimed reason, are saved from real harm.
Pray for those who don't.
If I had my druthers.. I think Id ruther be in Texas than In California!
Got drunk with a bunch of friends in my early days and somebody suggested we go shark fishing. They were available there. I brought up the point to a less drunk friend that what the heck were we going to do if somebody really caught one. We only had fishing gear and bait. No gloves or pliers or anything else that would help. He didn’t know and neither did I but luckily we didn’t catch any. The important part was what were we going tio do once we caught one?

If it is associated with a Demon, this is likely a fake name. Demons don’t tend to give their real names.
There's a variation on the "Bloody Mary, Bloody Mary, Bloody Mary" teenage party game where instead you whisper "I believe in Mary Worth" to the darkened bathroom mirror. I have no clue whether it has anything to do with the comic-strip character or not.
You can summon a demon anytime by just turning on a PMSNBC camera.
Now sending him back to where he came from, now that would be something.
Thank you for the explanation. I don’t know how I missed hearing of this as a child.
Interesting.
